Next Saturday, 24 October 2020, Parsenn Davos will start weekend operations.

So wax your boards, grind the edges and then off to the slopes – the winter season has started.

First catering establishments open

The Restaurant Weissfluhjoch and the Restaurant Totalp will already be open next weekend. Please note the current security concept. All details can be found here.

Rinerhorn open again

The Rinerhorn mountain railway also runs again at the weekend, providing a final sporting autumn treat for hikers and bikers. True to the motto “sports unlimited“, we wish you a wonderful weekend in Davos Klosters!

 

Let me tell you more about Davos,

Davos is a winter sports metropolis for skiing and snowboarding fans from all over the world. At altitudes between 1124 and 2844 m, guests will find 58 ski lifts, 300 km of slopes, 100 km of cross-country ski tracks, over 150km snowshoe and winter hiking trails, two artificial ice rinks with ice hockey, ice skating and curling fields are available. And no fewer than eight sledging runs to have fun on! The six Davos-Klosters skiing areas of Parsenn/Gotschna, Jakobshorn, Pischa, Madrisa, Rinerhorn and Schatzalp/Strela have been brought together into one vast winter sports arena.

For skiing fanatics, the mecca is Parsenn area which connects up Davos with the neighbouring resort of Klosters. The Jakobshorn, on the other hand, is the in place for freestylers and party guests with half-pipes and cosy après-ski huts.

For a quieter time, take a ride by horse-drawn sledge into the snowy side valleys, or experience the Davos mountains with 150 km of beautifully prepared winter footpaths and snow-shoe trails.

Are you a peak performer? Then the days on the magical mountains of Davos Klosters will be over all too soon for you. Because you can choose between 6 snow sports resorts here: The freestyle mountain Jakobshorn, the ski classic Parsenn and the two family-friendly mountains Madrisa and Rinerhorn are available to choose from. There is also the decelerated Schatzalp ski area and the freeride mountain Pischa. To put it in a nutshell: 300 km of guaranteed snow pistes and 57 transport facilities.
